there is no cure for either of these condiyions..so the approach is not to irratate the skin..no fragrances or oils or scents to complicate the issue,,pure shea will moisturize naturally..stopping the person from ithching is the key..it will heal itself if left alone..use the soap on the affected area and in 3 days the skin should be back to a soft and natural color...we recommend the soap and lotion together for best results..
